Development and execution of a risk-focused internal audit plan is outsourced to enumerate. enumerate will complete all internal audit activity and will provide audit reports to the in-house contact for distribution to a wider audience. The in-house contact will also act as liaison between enumerate and the board of directors.

INTERNAL AUDIT LOAN STAFFING

We loan internal audit staff for a defined period to clients to assist with increased workloads, project completion or where a specialised skill is required. Loaned staff engagements are under the full supervision of the client and has minimal or no involvement from enumerate management.

INTERNAL AUDIT CO-SOURCING

Co-sourcing allows your in-house internal audit team to have access to specific skill sets, resources and industry knowledge when required. We work together with your in-house team to plan audits, execute fieldwork and report on audit findings.
